Provides remote, onsite, field, and client support while contributing to process improvement, AI-enabled productivity, and technical team training.

Manages client relationships within Integris’ Financial Institution Division, providing strategic IT consulting, facilitating business reviews, conducting risk assessments, coordinating technical teams, supporting escalations, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring SLA compliance. The role serves banks, credit unions, wealth management firms, and other regulated financial clients while overseeing agreements, technology recommendations, client communications, documentation, and service quality.
