Administer and troubleshoot client desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure, security, backup, and cloud environments. Resolve escalated infrastructure issues, manage tickets according to SLAs, support customers remotely and onsite, and participate in on-call rotations. Mentor Systems Technicians, provide technical guidance, create documentation and SOPs, improve processes, and promote effective use of AI-enabled administration tools.

The role also contributes to process improvement, SOP development, AI-enabled administration, client consultations, and technical training across multi-client managed service environments.
