Lead physician and advanced practice provider recruiting across assigned markets and hospital sites. Supervise, train, and mentor recruiters; manage recruiting strategies, sourcing, dashboards, performance reporting, process improvements, compensation plans, budgets, and Salesforce licenses. Maintain a personal requisition workload, coordinate credentialing and staffing timelines, and support recruitment events, client visits, and new-business startups.

Manage end-to-end physician and APP recruiting for partner hospitals: source passive candidates, maintain ATS, coordinate interviews/credentialing, negotiate offers, support relocation, represent IES at events, and build pipelines for Emergency Medicine, Hospitalists, and Anesthesiology roles.
