Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills/lathes to produce precision parts to print. Read blueprints, select tooling, run programs (MDI), perform first-article and in-process inspections, maintain equipment and safety, and collaborate with shop leadership, fabrication, and engineering to meet quality and schedule targets.

Lead regional business development and sales for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions. Build relationships with engineers, contractors, utilities, and partners; develop proposals with engineering teams; manage full sales cycle, pipeline, and forecasting; pursue new business and expand existing accounts across the Western U.S.

Lead water and wastewater construction projects through pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, site inspections, project documentation, change orders, and client relationships while offering value engineering to improve cost, schedule, and functionality.

Hands-on role supporting delivery, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of membrane bioreactor wastewater systems. Coordinate contractors and customers, perform field diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, biological, and controls systems, document service activities, train operators, and contribute product and process improvements.

Support post-contract activities from engineering submittal preparation to system start-up. Create and review engineering drawings and sub-vendor documentation, produce submittals and IOM manuals, interface with engineers/vendors, assist with equipment setup/testing and inventory packaging for shipment.

Lead in-house lawyer providing strategic legal advice across commercial contracts, litigation management, corporate governance, M&A support, employment matters, and regulatory compliance. Manage outside counsel, drive contract lifecycle improvements, support transactions and post-merger integration, and ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance including privacy and anti-corruption.

Design and integrate jet aeration and mixing systems into sales proposals; create and review CAD drawings and documentation; support fabrication, shipping, and global manufacturing; conduct site visits, installations, startups, inspections, training, and troubleshooting; document findings and improve engineering workflows.
