Creates and maintains AutoCAD Plant 3D piping and equipment models, P&IDs, layouts, isometrics, fabrication drawings, bills of materials, and as-built documentation for water treatment systems. Coordinates designs with engineers, vendors, and fabrication teams, incorporates review and shop-floor feedback, verifies dimensional and specification accuracy, and supports fabrication, assembly, testing, shipment, and design-change resolution. This is an on-site Houston role with possible domestic and international travel.

Designs and supports delivery of engineered water treatment systems from concept through manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and field support. Responsibilities include producing mechanical drawings and 3D models, selecting equipment, maintaining BOMs and technical documentation, coordinating with manufacturing, tracking project progress, troubleshooting issues, supporting Factory Acceptance Testing, and contributing to product development and continuous improvement.

Design and support industrial control systems for water/wastewater projects. Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs under guidance, read schematics and P&IDs, perform I/O verification, participate in FAT and commissioning, troubleshoot electrical/instrumentation/PLC/HMI issues, and assist with system upgrades and customer support.
