Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills/lathes to produce precision parts to print. Read blueprints, select tooling, run programs (MDI), perform first-article and in-process inspections, maintain equipment and safety, and collaborate with shop leadership, fabrication, and engineering to meet quality and schedule targets.

Lead regional business development and sales for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions. Build relationships with engineers, contractors, utilities, and partners; develop proposals with engineering teams; manage full sales cycle, pipeline, and forecasting; pursue new business and expand existing accounts across the Western U.S.

Lead water and wastewater construction projects through pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, site inspections, project documentation, change orders, and client relationships while offering value engineering to improve cost, schedule, and functionality.
