Provides intensive, home- and community-based behavioral health interventions for youth ages 5–21 and their families using the I-FAST model. Responsibilities include engagement, assessment, treatment planning, skill building, care coordination, documentation, collaboration with schools and social-service systems, crisis coverage, and ongoing professional training. The role requires travel within designated service areas and compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, Medicaid billing, and ethical standards.

Coordinates employee onboarding from offer acceptance through initial transition, including pre-employment checks, documentation, I-9 and E-Verify processes, orientation support, task tracking, reporting, and record maintenance. Serves as a primary contact for candidates and new hires while partnering with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams. Provides administrative support, maintains confidentiality, supports compliance and process improvements, and travels within the service area as needed.

Provide advanced clinical consultation and case guidance for children and youth in the OhioRISE program, partnering with families, care coordinators, community and state partners to support high-acuity cases, ensure coordinated care, align with Medicaid and OhioRISE standards, document in EHRs, and support trainings and quality improvement.

The Associate Director oversees OhioRISE care coordination across an assigned regional catchment area. Responsibilities include supervising Care Coordination Managers, ensuring clinical and operational performance, managing budgets and financial forecasting, driving quality improvement, coordinating stakeholder relationships, supporting regulatory compliance, addressing program barriers, and leading training initiatives. The role requires regional travel and collaboration with healthcare, government, and community partners.

Serve as the organizations primary insurance and self-pay resource: verify eligibility, monitor renewals/coverage changes, educate staff on payer rules, coordinate with clinical and billing teams, manage EHR insurance data, provide good faith estimates, and support continuity of care while maintaining HIPAA compliance and performing occasional travel within service areas.

Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership including calendar, travel and meeting management; prepare correspondence, reports and presentations; manage expenses, supplies, records and confidential information; take meeting minutes; coordinate projects, events and stakeholder communications; perform research and be available outside normal hours as needed.
