Supervise and manage daily operations of a county behavioral health team: assign caseloads, train and evaluate staff, ensure policy compliance, provide clinical/social services, oversee documentation, perform utilization review and quality assurance, participate in hiring, and support cross-systems collaboration.

Oversee daily operations of recovery housing: resident screening/intake, case management, compliance and safety, budgeting and supplies, data tracking, staff supervision and training, coordinate resident recovery activities and community resources.

Serve as the organizations primary insurance and self-pay resource: verify eligibility, monitor renewals/coverage changes, educate staff on payer rules, coordinate with clinical and billing teams, manage EHR insurance data, provide good faith estimates, and support continuity of care while maintaining HIPAA compliance and performing occasional travel within service areas.

Lead and manage prior authorization processes for behavioral health and substance use services, coordinating with clinical, billing, and payer teams to obtain approvals, resolve coverage barriers, monitor authorizations, assist with appeals, and maintain accurate records in EHRs while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Process client billing and revenue cycle tasks with emphasis on Ohio Medicaid: create EDI claims, post payments, investigate denials, configure CareLogic Billing/AR, interact with clearinghouse portals, support staff and external customers, and maintain knowledge of Ohio MCO billing requirements. Participate in training and special projects to ensure accurate, timely reimbursement.

Lead enterprise talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & leadership development. Build scalable recruiting infrastructure, oversee LMS/curriculum, track talent metrics, manage budget and supervise TA, L&D, and workforce initiatives to improve retention and leadership pipelines.

Provide frontline support, troubleshooting, training, and basic testing for the NextGen EHR. Maintain workflows, documentation, and user guides, coordinate with vendors and IT, support go-live events, and assist with EHR enhancements and departmental projects.

Provide peer-based recovery support as an integrated member of an ACT multidisciplinary team. Use lived experience to engage clients, develop recovery and wellness plans, perform outreach, accompany clients to appointments, assist with system navigation, support crisis intervention and de-escalation, document in EHRs to Medicaid standards, and deliver community-based services (minimum 75%) with flexible scheduling and travel within the service area.

Provide front-line clinic administrative support including intake, scheduling, phone triage, EHR/HMIS data entry (Carelogic), assisting clients with records, processing referrals/billing, and coordinating continuity of care.

Provide after-hours and weekend behavioral health risk management to youth and families, preventing placement disruptions through coordinated care, life-domain planning, on-call coverage, phone response, and collaboration with community behavioral health teams. Must maintain 60-minute response range and bill via CareLogic.

Process and reconcile payroll, collect and verify timesheets, enter payroll data into HRIS, calculate wages/deductions, prepare reports, address employee payroll questions, and collaborate with HR and Finance. Performs payroll documentation maintenance and occasional travel within the service area.

Administer employee benefits and retirement programs including enrollments, eligibility, carrier enrollment, and invoice reconciliation. Manage leave-of-absence and disability paperwork (FMLA, ADA), assist with open enrollment and 401(k) inquiries, provide benefits support to employees and managers, produce reports, and perform related administrative duties. Occasional travel within the service area.

Provide advanced clinical consultation and case guidance for children and youth in the OhioRISE program, partnering with families, care coordinators, community and state partners to support high-acuity cases, ensure coordinated care, align with Medicaid and OhioRISE standards, document in EHRs, and support trainings and quality improvement.

Oversee OhioRISE care coordination for a Southeastern Ohio catchment area, supporting Care Coordination Managers, ensuring program fidelity, financial sustainability, compliance with Medicaid and state regulations, stakeholder engagement, quality improvement, training, and occasional travel.

Lead and oversee Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) program operations, ensuring clinical quality, model fidelity, compliance with Medicaid and state requirements, staffing and training, utilization management, partnerships, data-driven quality improvement, budget oversight, and regional support. Provide clinical leadership, supervise supervisors and staff, support hiring/onboarding, and represent IHBT in community and statewide initiatives. Travel across service regions (up to 50%).

Provide daily end-user support, troubleshooting, training, testing, and basic configuration for the EHR. Maintain workflows, documentation, assist with upgrades/go-live, coordinate with vendor and internal teams, and support ongoing EHR optimization across clinical and operational staff.
