Oversees daily operations and a team of behavioral health professionals in the community, ensuring quality care, compliance, and staff performance. Responsibilities include supervision, caseload assignment, documentation audits, onboarding, Medicaid billing oversight, EHR use, community partnership, and occasional travel within the service area.

Lead and oversee Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) program operations, ensuring clinical quality, model fidelity, compliance with Medicaid and state requirements, staffing and training, utilization management, partnerships, data-driven quality improvement, budget oversight, and regional support. Provide clinical leadership, supervise supervisors and staff, support hiring/onboarding, and represent IHBT in community and statewide initiatives. Travel across service regions (up to 50%).

Provide advanced clinical consultation and decision-making for high-acuity children and youth in the OhioRISE program. Partner with families, care coordinators, community and state stakeholders to guide care planning, crisis and safety planning, and connect youth to community and Medicaid-based resources. Ensure documentation in EHRs, compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid requirements, and support OhioRISE training and quality improvement while traveling within designated service areas.
