Regional travel required.

Lead and manage prior authorization processes for behavioral health and substance use services, coordinating with clinical, billing, and payer teams to obtain approvals, resolve coverage barriers, monitor authorizations, assist with appeals, and maintain accurate records in EHRs while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Provide front-line clinic support including phone triage, client intake, scheduling, EHR/HMIS data entry, assisting clients with records, processing toxicology screens, managing referrals and billing data, and coordinating with staff to ensure continuity of care and performance metrics.

Lead intake, referral, and scheduling teams to design and improve access-to-care systems across regions. Provide peer-based recovery support as an integrated member of an ACT multidisciplinary team. Use lived experience to engage clients, develop recovery and wellness plans, perform outreach, accompany clients to appointments, assist with system navigation, support crisis intervention and de-escalation, document in EHRs to Medicaid standards, and deliver community-based services (minimum 75%) with flexible scheduling and travel within the service area.

Manage county-level behavioral health operations including staff supervision, budgeting, performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, quality measure attainment, and service delivery optimization. Drive analytics-informed decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, manage assets, and support regional leadership to improve client outcomes.
