Supervise a team of IHBT therapists across multiple counties, ensuring fidelity, clinical documentation compliance, productivity, onboarding, and community partnerships. Oversee certification with Case Western Reserve, prioritize high-acuity cases, provide direct clinical coverage as needed, track participant data, promote programs, and travel frequently within the service area.

Provide frontline support, troubleshooting, training, and basic testing for the NextGen EHR. Maintain workflows, documentation, and user guides, coordinate with vendors and IT, support go-live events, and assist with EHR enhancements and departmental projects.

Support client intake, scheduling, referrals, and engagement; operate Carelogic, HMIS, and other databases; process and track medical records requests as records custodian; assist clients accessing records; collect toxicology screens; liaise with HIPAA Privacy Officer and Legal; notarize records as needed; meet monthly performance measures and travel within the service area.
