Processes behavioral health billing, primarily for Ohio Medicaid, including EDI claims, self-pay claims, payment posting, denial resolution, accounts receivable configuration, and clearinghouse portal activity. Maintains knowledge of Carelogic, Ohio behavioral health payment requirements, and Medicaid regulations. Communicates task status, supports error resolution, participates in training and special projects, and travels within the designated service area.

Manages county behavioral health operations, including service delivery, staff leadership, budgeting, financial performance, quality compliance, stakeholder relationships, client satisfaction, vendor management, and operational strategy. Oversees supervisors and care providers while supporting growth, clinical outcomes, and organizational goals across designated Ohio service areas.

Provides intensive, home- and community-based behavioral health interventions to youth ages 5–21 and their families using the I-FAST model. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, skill building, family engagement, care coordination with schools and agencies, documentation, case evaluation, and collaboration with treatment teams. The role requires travel, Medicaid billing, compliance with HIPAA and mandated reporting, participation in training and supervision, and backup coverage for continuity of care.
