Produce, assemble, maintain and repair mechanical components using conventional and CNC machine tools. Interpret drawings, perform machining, fitting, fault‑finding, preventative and breakdown maintenance, fabrication, inspection to tolerance, and maintain safe productive work practices.

Coordinate on-demand casual workforce at Glenbrook: recruit, screen, onboard and manage compliance (including D&A testing), maintain audit-ready ISO 45001/9001 records, liaise with client and casuals, prepare compliance reports, and support occasional after-hours/weekend work.
