Analyzes financial and operational performance data, prepares reports and dashboards, identifies trends and inefficiencies, and provides actionable recommendations. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, business cases, pricing reviews, contract negotiations, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. It maintains reporting systems, ensures data integrity, automates routine reporting, and collaborates with finance, operations, sales, service delivery, and leadership teams.

Manage a commercial team responsible for contract renewals, remedial quotations, sales administration, and client relationship support.
