Lead facilities management for a high-profile banking portfolio: manage multi-site FM delivery (M&E, cleaning, pest control), ensure SLAs/KPIs, oversee CAFM and asset registers, drive cost control and budgets, maintain compliance and risk management, lead and develop teams, and act as strategic client advisor.

Manage end-to-end work order execution and scheduling for planned and reactive FM services. Record and classify service requests, monitor and escalate work orders to meet SLAs, procure external services and manage purchase orders, maintain knowledge of Maximo and scheduling systems, resolve customer complaints, and support contracts and projects as needed.

Lead and manage routine and reactive maintenance of high- and low-voltage electrical systems on-site. Act as Electrical Authorising Engineer, implement SSOW/safety rules, audit works and contracts, assess competence of authorised persons, maintain records/schematics, advise procurement and contracts on standards, and drive electrical risk mitigation and statutory compliance.
