The role requires fire sprinkler standards knowledge, construction project management experience, site management competence, commercial awareness, and relevant industry certifications.

Coordinate sprinkler and fire pump remedial works from small jobs to larger projects. Responsibilities include raising jobs and purchase orders, ordering parts, hiring plant, instructing subcontractors, scheduling engineers and client works, issuing RAMS, organizing documentation for invoicing, and maintaining quote, work, and diary trackers. The role requires fire and security sector experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Analyzes financial and operational performance data, prepares reports and dashboards, identifies trends and inefficiencies, and provides actionable recommendations. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, business cases, pricing reviews, contract negotiations, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. It maintains reporting systems, ensures data integrity, automates routine reporting, and collaborates with finance, operations, sales, service delivery, and leadership teams.
