Entry-level apprenticeship supporting electrical engineers in design, installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of commercial building electrical systems. Read drawings, assist projects, keep maintenance records, travel regionally to sites, and study towards a Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeship.

Lead safe delivery of multiple fit-out projects (£20k–£5m), ensuring compliance with CDM/health & safety, NEC3 contract management, quality, programme and cost control. Manage subcontractors, client/stakeholder relationships, produce estimates/quotations, support design coordination, maintain project documentation (SharePoint, CVR), and deliver final accounts and O&M information.

Lead facilities management for a high-profile banking portfolio: manage multi-site FM delivery (M&E, cleaning, pest control), ensure SLAs/KPIs, oversee CAFM and asset registers, drive cost control and budgets, maintain compliance and risk management, lead and develop teams, and act as strategic client advisor.
