Build and lead Integral’s FP&A function, owning integrated forecasting, budgeting, rolling reforecasts, KPI and BI reporting, liquidity and ARR steering, investor and board materials, fundraising support, cohort analytics, and go-to-market unit economics. Partner with commercial and service operations leaders on pricing, funnel efficiency, investment decisions, and channel mix while creating scalable, automated planning processes using AI and agentic tools.

Lead hands-on full-stack software engineering across infrastructure, backend, integrations, AI, and frontend systems. Own architectural decisions from design through deployment, document technical decisions, and collaborate with the founding engineering team on accounting, payroll, and tax products. The role requires autonomous execution, strong prioritization, broad technical expertise, and comfort working onsite in Berlin within a small, senior team.

Build and own user-facing payroll, tax, and accounting features end-to-end. Collaborate with Product and Design, improve platform reliability, performance, and security, and raise engineering quality through reviews, testing, pairing, and documentation. Instrument features, measure customer impact, simplify complex systems, and balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture. The role requires strong software engineering experience, product-building ownership, and proficiency in at least two programming languages.

Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure. Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response, and security practices. Collaborate with product and AI engineers to enable frequent, safe deployments; lead post-mortems, reduce system complexity, and balance immediate delivery with long-term architectural improvements.
