Lead a small engineering team to specify, design, implement, test and integrate model-based control software for electro-mechanical systems. Develop and validate real-time embedded control algorithms (PID, FOC, motor control) in MATLAB/Simulink, integrate with low-level embedded software, define development processes and test infrastructure supporting ISO26262, and support design reviews and engineering change management.

Lead design, testing and development of low- and high-voltage motor power and control electronics. Manage projects, schematic capture, PCB design, simulations, EMC testing, production test specification, BOMs, engineering changes, fault-finding, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead and manage development engineers and technical projects for e-drive powertrain systems. Define product specifications and innovation roadmaps, plan resources and budgets, oversee testing, failure investigations, installations and commissioning, analyze results, and support quality and validation to move concepts from design to production.

Join as a graduate engineer to develop, test and commission control software and electronics for e-drive systems. Responsibilities include MATLAB/Simulink algorithm development, SiL/MiL/PiL/HiL testing, embedded integration, analogue/digital circuit and PCB design, fault-finding, and hands-on board build and repair.
