Develop and implement test procedures, investigate mechanical failures, analyse results and produce reports. Work with design, production and suppliers to deliver validated high-performance e-drive powertrain systems and supervise mechanical installations and commissioning.

Design, develop and commission test equipment and systems for high-performance e‑drive technology. Produce conceptual designs, costs and schedules; oversee assembly; perform commissioning and risk assessments; improve and support maintenance of test rigs and instrumentation.

Lead a small engineering team to specify, design, implement, test and integrate model-based control software for electro-mechanical systems. Develop and validate real-time embedded control algorithms (PID, FOC, motor control) in MATLAB/Simulink, integrate with low-level embedded software, define development processes and test infrastructure supporting ISO26262, and support design reviews and engineering change management.
