Manage and grow key wholesale accounts across the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Coventry, Worcester, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include nurturing existing customer relationships, developing new business, working with electrical wholesalers and contractors, providing project solutions, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product management teams. The home-based role includes territory management, account planning, and achieving area performance targets through an open-ended commission scheme.

Develop and own persona knowledge, value propositions, and messaging for product ranges. Conduct market and competitor research, shape go-to-market routes, lead product briefs, and drive end-to-end product launches while partnering across product, campaigns, sales, and content teams.

Support external sales by qualifying leads, managing the sales cycle, generating quotes, maintaining CRM records, and assisting Key Account Managers with order tracking, gap analysis, cross-selling, and customer communication. Attend trade shows and customer visits as needed.
