Supports senior executives by managing complex calendars, communications, travel, expenses, meeting preparation, stakeholder coordination, and strategic follow-through. Anticipates executive needs, resolves operational issues, protects confidential information, and coordinates high-visibility initiatives with minimal oversight. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and executive presence in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.

Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for complex projects. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors; track progress against baselines; analyze critical paths, float, risks, and delays; conduct schedule updates and look-ahead reviews; prepare status reports; and recommend corrective actions and mitigation plans.

Leads governance, administration, auditing, performance monitoring, corrective actions, document control, management reviews, training, and continual improvement for a multi-site ISO 9001 quality management system. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, field operations, and executives to maintain audit readiness, improve process discipline, analyze quality trends, and close systemic issues. Supervises QMS support personnel and travels domestically and internationally 10–20% as needed.
