Internship opportunities provide students with hands-on experience, mentorship, professional development, and exposure to projects across construction, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, data centers, field services, and skilled trades. Candidates may study engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, accounting, HR, IT, or related technical fields. Interns must be pursuing a bachelor's degree, available during the specified 2027 work periods, proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and integrity.

Supports mechanical and electrical QA/QC for mission-critical systems through field inspections, testing, commissioning, documentation, supplier audits, and standards compliance. Develops inspection and test plans, performs torque and alignment checks, leads root cause analysis and corrective actions, verifies installation and turnover packages, manages quality records, and mentors QA personnel. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, project management, and field teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Owns end-to-end value stream performance across strategy, execution, and outcomes. Leads Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing flow, cycle time, throughput, cost, quality, and delivery. Establishes KPIs, visual management, root-cause analysis, and operating rhythms while developing empowered teams through servant leadership. Partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and senior leadership to align resources, improve manufacturing efficiency, and drive operational excellence and safety compliance.
