Manages customer relationships and drives adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth for Insurity’s Marine Suite. Responsibilities include leading customer meetings, tracking KPIs, supporting self-service, managing expectations, identifying cross-sell opportunities, ensuring contract and billing compliance, and coordinating medium-complexity enhancements. Leads requirements discovery and business-side integration projects for complex customer implementations. Develops business, functional, and nonfunctional specifications; supports system design, configuration, testing, UAT, training, estimation, and customer documentation. Advises clients and project teams, contributes to pre-sales and RFPs, mentors analysts, reinforces business analysis methodologies, and serves as a subject matter expert across multiple areas.

The Senior Business Analyst gathers and documents commercial insurance requirements, translates business needs for technical teams, and supports software delivery. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, analyzing processes, defining acceptance criteria, supporting testing and user acceptance testing, coordinating defect resolution, maintaining traceability, reporting project risks and quality metrics, and participating in system design and configuration.
