Leads the product management organization, defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle execution. Partners with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executives to drive innovation, launches, customer value, and profitable growth. Oversees market research, product business cases, prioritization, pricing, packaging, positioning, product performance, and team development. Requires strong insurance-industry knowledge, web-based product leadership experience, Agile and Scrum expertise, and data-driven decision-making.

Manages strategic customer relationships for Insurity’s SaaS insurance products, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities include onboarding, business reviews, adoption, satisfaction and churn monitoring, escalations, contract compliance, billing accuracy, renewals, upselling, presentations, and customer KPI analysis. The role also manages medium-complexity enhancements, change requests, statements of work, continuous improvement, and team mentorship. Requires customer success experience in SaaS or insurance, national-account experience, strong communication, digital literacy, and less than 10% travel.

Manages customer relationships and drives adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth for Insurity’s Marine Suite. Responsibilities include leading customer meetings, tracking KPIs, supporting self-service, managing expectations, identifying cross-sell opportunities, ensuring contract and billing compliance, and coordinating medium-complexity enhancements. The role also prepares documentation and statements of work, mentors team members, supports process improvement, and requires Marine Cargo Insurance, logistics, or logistics software experience.
