This Staff Enterprise Program Manager, Type 2 / DASH & NOI is responsible for the delivery of enterprise-wide programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish. The Staff Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) demonstrates enterprise solution ownership and guides teams through project execution process to realize strategic objectives of the supported Franchise. Use professional project management concepts and frameworks in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in a creative and effective way. Exercise a balance of independent judgment and group organization in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for planning, program management, and on time delivery of major enterprise-wide strategic priorities, and leading to significant product launches and complex largescale systems releases, across multiple Agile Solution Delivery trains
· Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams including product, technology, commercial, market access, clinical, regulatory, UX, packaging & labeling, operations/supply chain, etc.
· Partner with Product Managers and core teams in assessments, problem solving and scenario analysis
· Maintain and update project schedule and dependencies integrated with Agile teams, ARTs, and Solutions PI Plans
· Lead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings for assigned program(s)
· Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established design control procedures.
· Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program success
· Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess impact of PI Planning output to overall plan
· Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies.
· Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand.
· Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills and Competencies
· Medical Device Program Management experience
· Agile/SAFe certification and transformation experience
· Project management certification preferred
· Experience in diabetes-related industry preferred
· Experience leading development, testing, and commercial launch of complex innovative hardware, software, and cloud-connected medical devices
· Experienced working with Agile teams to develop and launch products against concrete deadlines
· Strong knowledge of relevant medical devices functions (e.g. manufacturing, R&D, software, cybersecurity, clinical affairs, global regulatory)
· Strong knowledge and understanding of global medical device regulations and QMS compliance
· Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment
· Proficient in the following computer software applications: Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint
· Helpful to have working knowledge or familiarity with:
- Agile applications (Jira & Confluence)
- PLM & QMS applications (Arena)
- PPM tools (Clarity)
- Validated test management tool - Requirements, Test Cases, Defects (Polarion)
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree, Engineering-related degree preferred
· Minimum of 8-10 years combined experience in technical and/or program management roles, with at least 5 years specifically in program management

· Travel: Up to 10% travel as needed.
· Location: US remote, hybrid, or in-person. Acton, MA preferred.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $109,200.00 - $163,800.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
