Lead technology and business intelligence strategy for the organization, oversee IT operations, security (HIPAA), data/AI initiatives, vendor and budget management, disaster recovery, and coach technology leadership to drive innovation and alignment with business goals.

Lead IT strategy, operations, vendor relationships, and compliance (HIPAA) across multi-site programs. Oversee infrastructure, applications, EHR systems, security, business continuity, budgeting, staffing, project delivery, and technology procurement to align platforms with organizational goals.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for older adults and adults with disabilities, convert leads to clients, upsell/cross-sell services, maintain client relationships, document sales activity in tracking systems, collaborate with sales and marketing, and meet or exceed sales targets while demonstrating empathy and product knowledge.

Provide high-level administrative and project management support to the CFO: manage complex calendar and travel, handle correspondence and confidential materials, prepare presentations and reports, coordinate meetings and large Zoom events, create purchase orders and manage administrative spend, facilitate approvals and contracts, lead special projects and team event logistics, and report project status to leadership.

Provide in-home and facility-based personal care for older or disabled adults including bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and dementia or hospice support. Communicate with staffing and client service managers and follow service requirements and safety protocols.

Provide personal care and homemaker services to elderly or disabled adults in their homes: bathing, toileting, feeding, ambulation, vitals collection, errands, escorting to appointments, basic emotional support, recordkeeping, and maintaining safe environments under supervision of professional staff.

Lead and supervise activity programming and therapeutic recreation for PACE participants. Oversee staff, develop dementia-informed engagement curricula, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and promote participant-centered outcomes, volunteer engagement, and culturally responsive programming.

Develops and executes community and fundraising events (virtual and in-person) to drive referrals, engagement, and brand awareness for IOA programs. Plans marketing materials, manages budgets, vendor quotes, invoicing, tracks event ROI, and collaborates with internal teams for education, donor, and outreach initiatives.

Supervise, train, and evaluate Care Management staff for the HomeSafe program; ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, clinical documentation, staff education, community collaboration, and back-up clinical coverage. Develop policies, conduct chart and peer reviews, and coordinate internships and program goals with leadership.

Coordinate home care program activities including stakeholder communication, prospective client qualification, caregiver support and onboarding, compliance and training, LTC insurance coordination, administrative and strategic initiative support, meeting/logistics coordination, data management, and procurement tasks to support leadership and program operations.

Supervise and train RN and care management staff in the MSSP program, ensure regulatory compliance, perform case audits, support care planning and complex client management, coordinate community/provider relationships, and provide occasional home or virtual visits and program development support.

Maintain accurate, auditable financial records; prepare and post journal entries; support month- and year-end close; perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations; process client and vendor invoices in NetSuite/AvidXchange/WellSky/StoriiCare; manage AR aging and billing inquiries; assist audits and accounting system improvements; participate in special projects.

Lead analysis of business processes to identify automation and AI opportunities. Design, implement, and test automation/AI solutions (Azure, Power Automate, n8n, HubSpot). Document requirements, workflows, and system specs. Partner with IT, product, and stakeholders, provide technical leadership to teams, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Hybrid role based in San Francisco (3 days onsite).
