Provides clinical supervision, training, evaluation, and operational support for intensive care management staff serving older adults and adults with disabilities. Oversees care quality, documentation, regulatory compliance, staff development, quality assurance, care planning, community resources, and program policies. Participates in hiring, supervises social work interns, supports program development, monitors funding use, and provides backup clinical coverage.

Assesses enterprise information security risks, conducts vulnerability and compliance assessments, and coordinates remediation across networks, systems, applications, and vendors. The role monitors risk mitigation, supports audits and incident response, reports findings, develops security policies and training, and leads security projects and architecture risk assessments. It requires experience with security controls, infrastructure, SIEM, IPS/IDS, Windows administration, and regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and PCI.

Lead IOA’s institutional fundraising strategy across corporate, foundation, and government funders. Manage the full grant and relationship lifecycle, grow revenue, oversee funder portfolios, and partner with program leaders to develop compelling proposals and reports. Supervise the Grants Manager, monitor pipeline and compliance, engage Board members and stakeholders, and represent IOA with institutional funders. The role requires strategic leadership, major-gift fundraising expertise, public speaking, and collaboration across a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Supervise, train, and evaluate care management staff serving frail seniors and adults with disabilities. Oversee clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, care planning, staff development, community partnerships, resource coordination, and program operations. Ensure funds and services prevent institutionalization, provide clinical backup, supervise social work interns, and collaborate on program goals, policies, and procedures.

Lead CalAIM billing and A/R operations including claims submission, denial management, appeals, payment posting, and reimbursement for Medi‑Cal MCPs and commercial payers. Supervise and develop billing staff, monitor KPIs, resolve payer issues, and partner with operations and finance for reconciliations, forecasting, and audits. Drive process improvements, payer onboarding, and compliance with CalAIM/DHCS requirements.

Provide direct support, supervision, and engagement for adults with dementia in an adult day program. Facilitate group and individual activities, assist with personal care, dining, ambulation and transfers, monitor safety, report changes to the Program Manager, and apply person-centered dementia care practices and trainings to support members' dignity and well-being.

Manage scheduling and oversight of Home Care Aides (HCAs), coordinate with care managers, handle caregiver communication, investigate complaints, support recruiting and orientation, participate in payroll reconciliation, provide on-call support, maintain records and compliance documentation, and ensure confidentiality and quality service delivery.

Provide administrative and program support for the Enrichment Center: manage referrals, tours, enrollments, client records, billing/attendance, transportation coordination, vendor and supply management, compliance/audit readiness, and daily team communication to ensure smooth operations for seniors and adults with disabilities.

Lead and supervise activity programming and therapeutic recreation for PACE participants. Oversee staff, develop dementia-informed engagement curricula, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and promote participant-centered outcomes, volunteer engagement, and culturally responsive programming.

Provide personal care and homemaker services to elderly or disabled adults in their homes: bathing, toileting, feeding, ambulation, vitals collection, errands, escorting to appointments, basic emotional support, recordkeeping, and maintaining safe environments under supervision of professional staff.

Provide in-home and facility-based personal care for older or disabled adults including bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and dementia or hospice support. Communicate with staffing and client service managers and follow service requirements and safety protocols.

Lead IT strategy, operations, vendor relationships, and compliance (HIPAA) across multi-site programs. Oversee infrastructure, applications, EHR systems, security, business continuity, budgeting, staffing, project delivery, and technology procurement to align platforms with organizational goals.

Lead analysis of business processes to identify automation and AI opportunities. Design, implement, and test automation/AI solutions (Azure, Power Automate, n8n, HubSpot). Maintain accurate, auditable financial records; prepare and post journal entries; support month- and year-end close; perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations; process client and vendor invoices in NetSuite/AvidXchange/WellSky/StoriiCare; manage AR aging and billing inquiries; assist audits and accounting system improvements; participate in special projects.

Supervise, train, and evaluate Care Management staff for the HomeSafe program; ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, clinical documentation, staff education, community collaboration, and back-up clinical coverage. Develop policies, conduct chart and peer reviews, and coordinate internships and program goals with leadership.

Develops and executes community and fundraising events (virtual and in-person) to drive referrals, engagement, and brand awareness for IOA programs. Supervise and train RN and care management staff in the MSSP program, ensure regulatory compliance, perform case audits, support care planning and complex client management, coordinate community/provider relationships, and provide occasional home or virtual visits and program development support.

Lead enterprise client and employee safety, emergency preparedness, incident command, workplace violence prevention, and RCA-driven incident investigations.
