Lead and supervise activity programming and therapeutic recreation for PACE participants. Oversee staff, develop dementia-informed engagement curricula, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and promote participant-centered outcomes, volunteer engagement, and culturally responsive programming.

Provide personal care and homemaker services to elderly or disabled adults in their homes: bathing, toileting, feeding, ambulation, vitals collection, errands, escorting to appointments, basic emotional support, recordkeeping, and maintaining safe environments under supervision of professional staff.

Provide in-home and facility-based personal care for older or disabled adults including bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and dementia or hospice support. Communicate with staffing and client service managers and follow service requirements and safety protocols.
