Provides clinical supervision, training, evaluation, and operational support for intensive care management staff serving older adults and adults with disabilities. Oversees care quality, documentation, regulatory compliance, staff development, quality assurance, care planning, community resources, and program policies. Participates in hiring, supervises social work interns, supports program development, monitors funding use, and provides backup clinical coverage.

Assesses enterprise information security risks, conducts vulnerability and compliance assessments, and coordinates remediation across networks, systems, applications, and vendors. The role monitors risk mitigation, supports audits and incident response, reports findings, develops security policies and training, and leads security projects and architecture risk assessments. It requires experience with security controls, infrastructure, SIEM, IPS/IDS, Windows administration, and regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and PCI.

Lead IOA’s institutional fundraising strategy across corporate, foundation, and government funders. Manage the full grant and relationship lifecycle, grow revenue, oversee funder portfolios, and partner with program leaders to develop compelling proposals and reports. Supervise the Grants Manager, monitor pipeline and compliance, engage Board members and stakeholders, and represent IOA with institutional funders. The role requires strategic leadership, major-gift fundraising expertise, public speaking, and collaboration across a mission-driven healthcare organization.
