Build and scale Instant Expert’s product, initially focusing on finding people, contact enrichment, outreach, and converting requests into completed calls or replies. Own integrations with people-data and contact providers, email delivery across Gmail API, Resend, and SMTP, plus automated research, follow-ups, reply handling, and booking workflows. The role requires broad product ownership, strong production engineering judgment, and the ability to improve customer outcomes in an early-stage startup.

Own growth strategy for Instant Expert by identifying high-value customers, developing repeatable acquisition and retention methods, refining product positioning from customer insights, and growing revenue with clear customer acquisition economics. The role requires commercial judgment, strong writing, customer engagement, experimentation, resourcefulness, and end-to-end ownership. Founder or very early-stage startup experience is preferred.
