Drive Instagrid's growth in the Netherlands by owning the full B2B sales cycle, winning new customers, expanding multilocation accounts, and building a sustainable pipeline. Act as market lead, engage industry influencers, provide market intelligence to influence product and strategy, and coordinate national sales efforts to close complex technical hardware deals.

Lead end-to-end group accounting and finance transformation: build scalable finance operations, ensure IFRS/HGB-compliant reporting, strengthen controls, manage audits, drive automation and AI-enabled systems, partner with the CFO, and develop a high-performing team.
