Lead industrialization and serial production of battery systems by interfacing between Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality. Manage ramp-ups, supplier technical evaluations, engineering changes, and on-site supplier visits. Coordinate timelines, risks, and automation requirements to ensure stable mass production.

Lead North America marketing: translate global positioning into localized campaigns, drive brand awareness, lead generation and ABM, manage budget/ROI, own regional PR, develop one direct report, and partner with sales to grow pipeline.
