Leads the development and operation of a fee-based interpretation and translation services program. Responsibilities include establishing workflows, scheduling interpreters, recruiting and training providers, managing credentialing, tracking service activity and finances, monitoring performance, maintaining records, coordinating clients and partners, ensuring compliance, and recommending improvements to quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Provide medical/extended case management, public benefits education, health education, appointment coordination, transportation, and advocacy for refugees, asylees, and immigrants (≤5 years in US). Maintain case notes and state database entries, develop service networks, meet service goals, perform home visits, and participate in trainings and agency activities.

Develop and deliver a monthly employment-focused digital literacy curriculum and provide one-on-one coaching to refugees and immigrants. Track outcomes, connect clients to job opportunities, assist with employer engagement, and coordinate program activities across departments to support clients in gaining and sustaining employment.

Conducts employer outreach, job development, and placement services for refugees, asylees, SIV holders, and Afghan Humanitarian Parolees. Assesses client skills and barriers, supports job applications and interviews, provides workplace orientation and ESL instruction, and performs post-placement follow-up. Maintains case files, databases, and funder documentation; develops training and outreach materials; coordinates with refugee services programs; and travels locally to employers, job fairs, and worksites.
