Build and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, system, and end-to-end levels for client Agile teams. Lead end-to-end delivery of custom AI/ML engagements: scope, estimate, and manage projects from discovery through production. Translate business problems into feasible AI approaches, manage client relationships and expectations, support pre-sales, coach delivery teams, and drive AI readiness and adoption.

Build full-stack, client-focused solutions using React and modern JavaScript or backend languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin/C#/Node.js/Python). Design APIs, work with relational and NoSQL databases, use cloud (AWS), containers, and CI/CD. Write tests, troubleshoot issues, contribute across the application lifecycle, mentor engineers, and support continuous improvement and AI/ML integration.
