As a Business Analyst at Inspire11, you will collaborate with clients to define their business needs, document requirements for digital solutions, and ensure project execution aligns with business goals.

Design and deploy scalable ML infrastructure, implement CI/CD for models, monitor production models, build generative AI solutions, ensure security/compliance, preprocess/analyze data, develop and fine-tune models (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and communicate results to stakeholders. Onsite presence may be required.

Design, develop, implement and support complex backend systems and APIs using .NET. Build unit tests, work with microservices, REST and GraphQL, deploy on cloud (AWS), and contribute to enhancing existing applications in an Agile environment.

Build full-stack, client-focused solutions using React and modern JavaScript or backend languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin/C#/Node.js/Python). Design APIs, work with relational and NoSQL databases, use cloud (AWS), containers, and CI/CD. Write tests, troubleshoot issues, contribute across the application lifecycle, mentor engineers, and support continuous improvement and AI/ML integration.
