The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, strong communication, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work onsite at company or client locations as needed.

Leads a consulting firm service line, account portfolio, or major capability area, owning revenue growth, margin, forecasting, client relationships, delivery quality, talent development, succession planning, and strategic market positioning. Builds pipeline, leads complex pursuits, develops executive partnerships, establishes delivery standards, manages portfolio health, and scales leadership and capabilities. Requires onsite work at company or client locations as needed, with travel and occasional evening or weekend commitments.

Lead end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and AI solutions for clients. Advise stakeholders, translate business needs into strategies, oversee architecture and governance, manage cross-functional teams, and drive Agile delivery. The role covers cloud platforms, data warehouses, BI, privacy, security, compliance, modernization, and practical AI/ML adoption while managing timelines, budgets, risks, and client relationships.
