Supports local marketing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives for Jimmy John's franchisees and guests. Responsibilities include managing marketing assets, promotional codes, vendor-platform access, new-store support, merchandise e-commerce operations, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, quality assurance, and branded merchandise distribution and sourcing. Partners with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams to execute programs and maintain brand standards.

Own day-to-day gift card operations across B2B and B2C channels, including application reviews, order support, escalations, vendor coordination, issue resolution, reporting, inventory readiness, compliance, and process improvement. The role manages shared inboxes, supports dashboards and forecasting, maintains SOPs, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and improves customer and supplier outcomes through structured follow-up and automation.

Leads the strategic vision, implementation, integration, maintenance, and governance of Oracle Cloud financial systems supporting accounting and finance. Manages requirements, system releases, testing, data integrity, reporting continuity, acquisition integrations, projects, documentation, user training, and issue resolution. Partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and project management teams while supporting period close and evolving financial reporting needs. The role requires extensive Oracle Cloud Financials experience, leadership of diverse teams, strong analytical and communication skills, and project-related travel.
