The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager is responsible for developing creative and content for one of America’s most-loved, iconic brands.  The IMC Manager works cross-functionally with the Dunkin’ Marketing Team and the Integrated Agency Team to deliver engaging integrated campaigns with the goals of building brand fandom, gaining cultural relevance, and driving sales. The ideal candidate excels in the areas of project management, creative sensibility, agency relations, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.  


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class integrated creative campaigns. Manage creative development from brief through final execution, including concept selection, creative refinement, production and final delivery. Leverage established analytics and diagnostics tools in ongoing creative evolutions and optimization. Responsible for linear/digital video, audio, outdoor, paid social, and digital channels.

  • Lead agency partners and enable them to do their best work. Oversee day to day activities and drive integration across various partner agencies. Track and manage progress and spend against project timelines and budget plans. 

  • Work cross-functionally between internal stakeholders to deliver integrated creative for strategic marketing platforms.

  • Collaborate with media team to recommend creative rotations, oversee preparation of creative asset grids and trafficking plans, and facilitate campaign and asset performance reviews.

  • Provide brand stewardship for the organization: promote consistent execution of brand personality, creative tonality and brand guidelines with internal and external stakeholders, the agency ecosystem, and with partnerships/sponsorships.

  • Responsible for management/tracking of project budgets, financial processes, production estimates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing or related industry
  • 5-8 Years of Experience and Requires relevant client-side and/or agency experience in an integrated marketing comms role. Demonstrated proficiency in advertising in fast-paced, high volume industries like retail, QSR.   
  • Strong creative and strategic sensibility. Ability to evaluate creative against brand positioning, key strategic objectives, and industry trends. 
  • Proficiency in creative development process from initial concept, script refinement, all phases of production through final delivery in the following channels: video, paid social, OOH, audio. 
  • Experience with commercial production: video, audio, OOH, social, digital.  General understanding of commercial production industry, production cost models (incl AICP estimates), agency and production company process/roles.
  • Communications planning: candidate will understand role of channel, messaging strengths/limitations in a modern media mix.
  • Agency leadership: proven track record managing agencies’ creative development and production.  
  • Strong project management skills: experience guiding teams and individuals towards with clear timelines and direction. Organized and highly detail-oriented.
  • Comfort and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple workstreams at once. 
  • Strong collaboration skills, demonstrated success in cross-functional organizations.  Comfortable presenting and championing ideas and creative concepts at various levels in the organization.
  • Media and Analytics Experience: candidate has a baseline understanding of media plans, strategies and KPIs, and ability to leverage insights to shape creative. 
  • Understanding of the basic elements of SAG talent holding/residuals and commercial trafficking process.

Travel Required: 20% as required for production or meetings


Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year
The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
