Entry-level customer operations role managing assigned contractor and inspector accounts. Handle daily scheduling, client and inspector communication, CRM logging (HubSpot), follow workflows, flag issues to team lead, and learn operational processes to progress to Account Specialist II.

Provide day-to-day regulatory leadership for municipal registration, jurisdiction activation, and multi-state expansion. Review statutes and ordinances, approve activation readiness, direct escalations, resolve compliance issues, and maintain SOPs, reporting, and training to ensure compliant, scalable operations.

Plan Reviewers review construction documents and permit applications for compliance with building codes, interpret plans, and assist contractors with issues related to plan review.

Manage municipal outreach, complete registration and activation for jurisdictions, coordinate documentation and escalations, configure Permit Hub records, verify readiness before activation, and resolve registration-related operational issues.

Own a portfolio of high-value contractor accounts to shift relationships from reactive support to proactive customer success. Drive adoption, value realization, account strategy, data-driven insights, and change management while building repeatable processes and influencing Product, Operations, and leadership.

Manage end-to-end AR and AP for Inspected, focusing on the Permitting division: invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, policy enforcement, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to keep receivables current and payables accurate.

Review residential and commercial construction plans and supporting documents for compliance with adopted codes, Texas requirements, and local amendments. Prepare code-referenced comments, confirm corrections, maintain electronic records, meet review deadlines, and communicate with contractors, engineers, and municipal staff.
