Develops and delivers onboarding and enablement training for contractor clients and internal teams. Creates training guides, walkthroughs, FAQs, and onboarding checklists; maintains compliance documentation; tracks training communications in HubSpot; coordinates sessions and audits; prepares reports; and identifies training gaps across tools, roles, and jurisdictions. Requires strong organization, communication, process documentation, client interaction, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Entry-level customer operations role managing assigned contractor and inspector accounts. Handle daily scheduling, client and inspector communication, CRM logging (HubSpot), follow workflows, flag issues to team lead, and learn operational processes to progress to Account Specialist II.

Manage end-to-end AR and AP for Inspected, focusing on the Permitting division: invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, policy enforcement, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to keep receivables current and payables accurate.
