Leads regulatory compliance for municipal registration, jurisdiction activation, permitting, licensing, and multi-state expansion. Reviews statutes and ordinances, approves activation readiness, manages escalations, coordinates onboarding, monitors regulatory changes, and develops SOPs, training, reporting, and audit controls. Partners with operational, legal, permitting, and leadership teams to resolve compliance risks and ensure jurisdictions operate within authorized requirements.

Owns Inspected’s learning and development strategy for contractor clients and internal teams. Builds onboarding and skills-training programs, manages learning tools, measures training effectiveness, develops materials, leads live and virtual sessions, coaches the training team, and partners with HR and Compliance on employee development and regulatory standards. The role also manages budgets, vendors, schedules, and training projects while supporting company growth and new market launches.

Entry-level customer operations role managing assigned contractor and inspector accounts. Handle daily scheduling, client and inspector communication, CRM logging (HubSpot), follow workflows, flag issues to team lead, and learn operational processes to progress to Account Specialist II.
