Leads InSightec’s Japan Clinical Account team and achieves annual procedure targets by generating patient referrals, developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other stakeholders, and promoting FUS treatment. Coordinates referral programs, market awareness initiatives, service contracts, clinical inquiries, and internal collaboration. Provides performance plans and data-driven recommendations while managing team capability, account relationships, and domestic or international travel.

Leads the global compliance and privacy program for a medical device company. Responsibilities include HCP and third-party seller compliance, enterprise risk management, policy development, training, hotline and investigation management, auditing, board reporting, GDPR data protection oversight, and guidance to commercial, medical, and R&D teams.
