The role manages team performance, develops software and operational procedures, supports Windows systems and connectivity, configures cybersecurity controls, coordinates hardware requirements, and trains production and service teams. It requires substantial IT infrastructure, system administration, software development, team management, cybersecurity, and cross-functional communication experience.

Administer Salesforce and related commercial technologies, managing users, permissions, configurations, automation, data integrity, integrations, and security. Translate commercial requirements into system enhancements, improve processes, train users, and support adoption. Manage digital projects, subcontractor development, documentation, and end-user support. The role requires Salesforce administration experience, certification, Sales Cloud expertise, project management, analytical abilities, and strong communication skills.
