Serve as clinical and strategic partner to hospitals and physicians to build, implement, and sustain MRgFUS programs. Support patient selection, optimize workflows, develop account plans, lead internal teams, maintain documentation, and engage executive stakeholders to expand patient access and program success. Requires strong clinical credibility and program development experience.

Lead global medical device clinical trials from start-up through closeout, ensuring GCP/ISO/FDA compliance; author protocols and regulatory documents; manage CROs, vendors, safety/DSMB oversight, data lock and reporting; partner with R&D/Regulatory/Quality; implement SOPs, mentor clinical PMs, and support regulatory submissions and publications. Travel up to 35%.

Serve as a clinical and technical partner to neurosurgical teams to educate on Insightec MRgFUS technology, lead site training from first case to independence, provide onsite procedural support, optimize workflows, and collaborate with commercial teams to grow program utilization and patient outcomes.
