The EMEA Marketing Director drives marketing initiatives across Europe, develops strategies for MRgFUS therapy adoption, leads a marketing team, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial growth.

Lead scientific and business development connecting Insightec's BBB-opening focused ultrasound platform to neuro-biotech partners. Drive scientific due diligence, translational roadmaps, KOL engagement, IP and deal structuring, partnership negotiations, pipeline management, and cross-functional integration to advance preclinical to early clinical programs.

Serve as clinical and strategic partner to hospitals and physicians to build, implement, and sustain MRgFUS programs. Support patient selection, optimize workflows, develop account plans, lead internal teams, maintain documentation, and engage executive stakeholders to expand patient access and program success. Requires strong clinical credibility and program development experience.
