Teams at Insight Service Group (ISG)

Conduct outbound calls to obtain status updates from entities with outstanding medical record requests. Support record retrieval workflows through phone, fax, email, and USPS or UPS mailings. Maintain accurate diary entries, respond to internal and external inquiries, follow client protocols, and coordinate with team leads while working independently in a remote setting.

Provides routine office support, including preparing and mailing checks and documents, sorting mail, organizing supplies, checking document accuracy, processing credit card payments, and maintaining confidential records. The role requires dependable, detail-oriented work, basic computer skills, adherence to procedures, and willingness to learn. No prior office or accounting experience is required because training is provided.

Processes, prints, packages, and prepares files for remote users while supporting office colleagues. The role requires customer service, organization, multitasking, basic Microsoft skills, occasional local mail delivery, lifting up to 50 pounds, and weekday in-office availability. Overtime may be required.
