Serve as technical and clinical partner across the sales cycle: run technical and workflow discovery, design integration-aware solutions for legacy EHRs, deliver demos, support technical validation and security/compliance reviews, assist RFPs and architecture reviews, and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs and adoption.
