Own named enterprise accounts and greenfield opportunities through complex 6–18-month sales cycles. Drive prospecting, discovery, executive relationship development, proposal creation, contract negotiation, closing, forecasting, renewals, and account expansion. Sell cybersecurity, compliance, audit, and professional services to enterprise buyers across healthcare, financial services, technology, defense, and government contracting. Partner with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, legal, and delivery teams to achieve revenue quotas and grow multi-service accounts.

Conduct PCI DSS compliance assessments and audits for global clients, evaluating security controls, documentation, systems, and processes. Identify compliance gaps, document findings, prepare audit reports, and provide remediation guidance. The consultant communicates with client stakeholders, manages audit engagements, maintains quality standards, and stays current with PCI DSS and cybersecurity practices. Full professional fluency in Japanese is required, along with an active QSA certification and at least three years of information security and PCI DSS assessment experience.

Lead SOC 2 and IT compliance engagements, including ITGC and application control testing, walkthroughs, documentation, control-gap analysis, and remediation recommendations. Review junior team members’ work, manage client communication, provide progress updates, and escalate issues. The role requires 3–4 years of IT audit experience, SOC 2 knowledge, bilingual English and Japanese communication, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Experience with GRC tools, cloud environments, and professional certifications is preferred.

Conduct red team operations and penetration tests simulating advanced threats across networks, applications, systems, and cloud environments. Execute adversary simulations, bypass defensive controls, exploit vulnerabilities, escalate privileges, and document findings with remediation recommendations. Collaborate with blue teams to improve detection, threat hunting, and incident response. Develop offensive tools and methodologies while staying current with attack techniques and vulnerabilities.

Assist with PCI DSS assessments by reviewing client evidence, evaluating security controls, conducting interviews, preparing workpapers and reports, supporting scoping activities, tracking remediation, and researching PCI guidance. The role requires at least one year of PCI DSS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, information security knowledge, and fluency in English. Spanish is preferred, Portuguese is a plus, and travel may be required for client engagements.
