Own and administer the NetSuite ERP platform, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to configure modules, develop SuiteScript customizations, and manage integrations with Salesforce, Rippling, Arena, analytics platforms, manufacturers, and 3PLs. Lead implementations, enhancements, release testing, issue resolution, documentation, training, and change management. Evaluate SuiteApps and support AI adoption, including MCP connections and ERP automation.

Leads software quality engineering across multiple projects, including test planning, automation strategy, execution, defect analysis, reporting, and QA process improvement. Develops automated test frameworks and scripts, supports test environments, troubleshoots software and hardware issues, and performs root-cause analysis. Requires telecommunications expertise, Linux knowledge, network troubleshooting skills, and at least four years of product testing or network integration experience.

Designs and implements features for fixed wireless access software, writes maintainable C/C++ code and tests, resolves code and customer issues, improves software quality, and supports global deployment and maintenance. Collaborates with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams while working with embedded systems, Linux, networking, CI/CD, and wireless technologies including 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and packet core systems.

Develops and maintains Robot Framework test automation for 5G and wireless broadband products. Responsibilities include automating end-to-end functional, security, performance, stability, capacity, stress, and regression testing; setting up test environments; analyzing results; developing reusable test tools; supporting CI/CD processes; and training team members. The role requires telecommunications knowledge, Linux and scripting skills, and experience with network protocols and automation tools.

Build and maintain analytics data pipelines and transformation layers using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, SQL, Python, and PySpark. Integrate data from NetSuite, Salesforce, Rippling, Arena, Informatica, and Celigo. Develop Power BI semantic models and DAX-based reporting using Direct Lake, while supporting data storage in Delta Lake and Parquet formats.

Owns commercial growth for Inseego’s fixed wireless access and mobile broadband portfolio across Italy, Switzerland, and Southern Europe. Responsibilities include managing operator and enterprise relationships, developing territory plans, prospecting, negotiating pricing and contracts, closing business, forecasting pipeline, and achieving revenue and margin targets. The role requires strong B2B sales experience, telecom or technology familiarity, fluent English and Italian, and flexibility to travel across the region.

The Software Quality Engineer designs, executes, and reports functional, system, integration, regression, black-box, and gray-box testing for software, firmware, IoT devices, and cloud solutions. Responsibilities include developing automated tests with Python, maintaining test plans and cases, troubleshooting defects, analyzing logs and network traces, and collaborating with engineering, product, and program teams. The role requires experience with embedded Linux or RTOS, networking protocols, mobile app testing, test management tools, and hardware testing.

Leads Inseego’s Japan sales strategy and revenue growth across major mobile carriers, including NTT Docomo, SoftBank, KDDI, and Rakuten Mobile. Owns executive account relationships, sales forecasts, pipeline, revenue targets, negotiations, RFPs, tenders, and strategic account plans. Coordinates product, engineering, supply chain, delivery, finance, legal, and marketing teams to support carrier launches, certifications, renewals, and fulfillment. Develops telecom ecosystem relationships and represents the company at industry events.

Own hardware architecture, schematic design, validation, debugging, and production support for processor-based wireless products, including 5G hotspots and fixed wireless access devices. Design digital and mixed-signal subsystems, power and connectivity interfaces, and support PCB reviews, compliance, manufacturing, certification, and sustaining activities. Collaborate across engineering and supplier teams, lead complex development projects, troubleshoot hardware issues, and mentor junior engineers.
