Leads Inseego’s Japan sales strategy and revenue growth across major mobile carriers, including NTT Docomo, SoftBank, KDDI, and Rakuten Mobile. Owns executive account relationships, sales forecasts, pipeline, revenue targets, negotiations, RFPs, tenders, and strategic account plans. Coordinates product, engineering, supply chain, delivery, finance, legal, and marketing teams to support carrier launches, certifications, renewals, and fulfillment. Develops telecom ecosystem relationships and represents the company at industry events.

Supports customer deployment of fixed wireless, mobile, and Wi-Fi devices and software across Oceania. Responsibilities include developing test plans and automated scripts, conducting interoperability, performance, regression, and RF testing, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining test beds, documenting results, delivering technical training, and managing technical relationships with customers and internal engineering, development, network, sales, and solutions teams.

Own hardware architecture, schematic design, validation, debugging, and production support for processor-based wireless products, including 5G hotspots and fixed wireless access devices. Design digital and mixed-signal subsystems, power and connectivity interfaces, and support PCB reviews, compliance, manufacturing, certification, and sustaining activities. Collaborate across engineering and supplier teams, lead complex development projects, troubleshoot hardware issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Evaluates and qualifies suppliers and contract manufacturers, audits quality systems, analyzes supplier and factory quality data, and drives corrective actions and continuous improvement. The role oversees incoming inspection, supplier and CM KPIs, failure analysis, FMEA and 8D activities, and production quality alignment. It is remote from Taiwan but requires substantial on-site presence and travel across Asia, plus periodic travel to the United States.
