Own and administer the NetSuite ERP platform, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to configure modules, develop SuiteScript customizations, and manage integrations with Salesforce, Rippling, Arena, analytics platforms, manufacturers, and 3PLs. Lead implementations, enhancements, release testing, issue resolution, documentation, training, and change management. Evaluate SuiteApps and support AI adoption, including MCP connections and ERP automation.

Leads software quality engineering across multiple projects, including test planning, automation strategy, execution, defect analysis, reporting, and QA process improvement. Develops automated test frameworks and scripts, supports test environments, troubleshoots software and hardware issues, and performs root-cause analysis. The role leads and mentors QA teams, collaborates with engineering and product stakeholders, and oversees testing for IoT devices, embedded systems, networking products, and cloud-based IoT solutions.

Conducts system-level testing for 5G fixed wireless access products, including functional, interoperability, performance, stability, throughput, stress, and provocative testing. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing and executing test cases, reporting defects, verifying corrections, improving automation and integration processes, maintaining customer-like lab environments, using traffic simulators, and supporting team members. Requires telecommunications expertise, Linux knowledge, network troubleshooting skills, and at least four years of product testing or network integration experience.
