Lead and scale a ~24-25 engineer payments and checkout organization across three teams. Develop engineering managers and tech leads, set technical and delivery standards, drive architecture and cloud strategies, remove bottlenecks, implement AI-enabled engineering practices, define domain KPIs/OKRs/SLAs, and represent engineering in cross-functional initiatives to ensure reliable, measurable delivery at scale.

Own end-to-end product for Merchant Services: define vision and roadmap, prioritise and measure product metrics, lead cross-functional teams, integrate AI capabilities, and drive measurable business impact through iterative delivery.

Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data layers in Databricks/Delta Lake on Azure. Ensure data quality, automate pipelines, optimize performance, provide ready-to-use data for analysts and stakeholders, document processes in Confluence, and validate AI-generated outputs.
