Advise senior executives on talent strategy, market intelligence, assessment, compensation benchmarking, and executive talent trends. Manage executive search agencies and the preferred supplier list, maintain confidential succession pipelines, improve sourcing processes, use AI-enabled recruiting tools, and support onboarding of senior leadership hires.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and KPIs for a fintech product portfolio across multiple markets. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and support to deliver scalable products. Conduct research, analyze data, coordinate launches, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Set architecture and modeling standards for credit-scoring and merchant-underwriting ML systems. Own the full model lifecycle, including feature engineering, validation, champion/challenger testing, deployment, monitoring, explainability, responsible AI, and regulatory documentation. Design agentic ML iteration and monitoring workflows, establish reusable engineering patterns, guide feature-store strategy, review designs and code, and mentor ML engineers.
