Supports Intapp OnePlace for Risk implementations by translating client requirements into solutions, designing and developing workflows, mapping data, testing, documenting deliverables, coordinating project tasks, and collaborating with clients, project managers, and implementation teams. The role also contributes to client meetings, training, reusable templates, and delivery methodology improvements.

Leads end-to-end professional services projects, serving as the primary client liaison and coordinating cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include project planning, requirements gathering, change management, business analysis, risk and financial management, executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new processes and technologies. The role manages multiple concurrent projects, facilitates governance meetings, maintains project documentation, and ensures delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Lead technical implementation activities for legal and professional services clients, including data investigation, mapping, ETL development, integrations, synchronization routines, infrastructure reviews, SSRS reporting, testing, and post-deployment support. Translate client requirements into scalable solutions, communicate technical progress, coordinate with project teams, contribute to implementation methodologies, and support business development through solution design and estimation.
