Supervise front desk operations, coach and schedule staff, ensure prompt guest service, resolve issues, verify checklists, handle cash and reconcile charges, and coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests. Maintains hotel public areas, meeting rooms, bathrooms, storage spaces, and other facilities through cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Assists guests and accommodates special requests, receives deliveries, supports guest room, laundry, and kitchen duties, and reports maintenance issues. Requires teamwork, continuous movement, lifting, and availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
