Maintains hotel public areas, meeting rooms, bathrooms, storage spaces, and other facilities through cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and organization. Assists guests and accommodates special requests, receives deliveries, supports guest-room, laundry, and kitchen duties, and reports maintenance issues. Requires physical activity throughout the shift, basic communication skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supervise front desk operations, train and schedule staff, ensure courteous guest service, resolve guest concerns, coordinate requests with hotel departments, follow front desk procedures, and handle cash reconciliation. The role requires customer service and cash-handling experience, strong communication, basic technology skills, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for a full shift and lift 25 pounds.

Manages hotel food and beverage operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, guest service, complaint resolution, food quality and safety, cash control, inventory, ordering, receiving, promotions, and cost management. Provides hands-on leadership to ensure efficient service, positive dining experiences, regulatory compliance, and achievement of departmental profit objectives.
