Serve as first point of contact for specialty veterinary clients: greet with empathy, manage phone calls and scheduling, process payments, maintain medical records and cleanliness, and collaborate with specialists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient visits.

Provides daily care for boarding and hospitalized pets, including feeding, watering, walking, bathing, enrichment, monitoring, and compassionate handling. Maintains clean, sanitized kennels, treatment areas, and hospital facilities while supporting patient preparation and veterinary team workflows. Observes and reports animal health or behavior changes, manages laundry and dishes, and helps create a safe, calm environment for pets and owners.

Supports daily revenue accounting, accounts receivable, cash application, payment processing, banking, and reconciliations across multiple veterinary practices. Enters transactions, applies payments, researches discrepancies, reviews chargebacks, prepares deposits and journal entries, organizes documentation, and supports financial schedules and reports. The role also manages accounting requests, follows internal controls, and provides backup support for recurring finance processes.

Provides compassionate hands-on care for hospitalized and boarding animals, including safe handling, feeding, watering, walking, exercising, cleaning kennels, laundry, restocking, and monitoring patient comfort. Assists the veterinary medical team with outpatient and surgical procedures and patient monitoring while maintaining a clean, safe hospital environment. Requires animal-handling experience, physical stamina, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Provides daily care and husbandry for boarding, hospitalized, and daycare animals, including feeding, exercise, enrichment, cleaning, medication administration under supervision, monitoring health and behavior, and safe handling. Supports veterinary, clinical, and front-desk teams while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards. Requires weekend, holiday, early morning, evening, and occasional after-hours availability. Provides hands-on care for hospitalized, boarding, and daycare dogs and cats, including feeding, cleaning, exercising, monitoring, medication administration, basic grooming, safe handling, play supervision, and recordkeeping. Supports guest check-in and check-out, customer service, laundry, sanitation, and veterinary team needs. The role requires dependable teamwork, comfort working with animals in indoor and outdoor settings, and availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Provide general practice veterinary care, develop wellness and therapy programs, educate and empower pet owners, collaborate with specialists, and help grow and shape the practice while mentoring future DVMs.

Maintains clean, sanitized kennels, treatment areas, and hospital facilities while supporting patient preparation and general upkeep.
