Provide daily care and supervision for dogs and cats in daycare and boarding, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, feed and monitor pet health, keep accurate records, and communicate with pet owners. May cross-train to assist front desk as needed.

Serve as first point of contact for specialty veterinary clients: greet with empathy, manage phone calls and scheduling, process payments, maintain medical records and cleanliness, and collaborate with specialists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient visits.

Design, build, and scale a cloud-native enterprise data platform (Snowflake, dbt). Implement ingestion pipelines, ELT/ETL, dimensional modeling, marts, and semantic layers. Partner with stakeholders to deliver Tableau analytics, enforce governance, observability, and data quality, and mentor future data team members.
