Provide front-desk support for a specialty veterinary clinic: greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, manage check-ins/outs, collect payments, maintain medical records and cleanliness, and collaborate with specialists and technicians to support patient care.

Provide hands-on care for hospitalized pets, maintain clean/sanitary kennels, feed and exercise patients, restock supplies, assist medical team with procedures and patient monitoring, and support daily hospital operations while ensuring animal comfort and safety.

Provide compassionate daily care for boarding and daycare pets, including feeding, exercise, supervision, cleaning and sanitation of kennels, monitoring health and reporting concerns, maintaining records, assisting with client check-in/out, restocking supplies, and cross-training with front desk as needed.

Provide general practice veterinary care, develop wellness and therapy programs, educate and empower pet owners, collaborate with specialists, and help grow and shape the practice while mentoring future DVMs.
