Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding in Paycom, including background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, documentation, and workflow tracking. Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records, support compliance audits and reporting, answer employee and manager questions, and collaborate with recruiting, payroll, operations, and hospital leaders. Help train managers, develop process resources, and improve HR workflows through technology, automation, and AI tools.

Supports daily revenue accounting, accounts receivable, cash application, payment processing, banking, and reconciliations across multiple veterinary practices. Enters transactions, applies payments, researches discrepancies, reviews chargebacks, prepares deposits and journal entries, organizes documentation, and supports financial schedules and reports. The role also manages accounting requests, follows internal controls, and provides backup support for recurring finance processes.
