Provide senior-level IT support and administration for Microsoft 365 and Windows environments: handle onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, email and SharePoint administration, endpoint and antivirus management, backups, asset and license management, troubleshooting, and IT documentation while ensuring security and policy compliance.

Manage daily office operations, facilities, vendors, procurement, invoicing, and budgets. Support administrative processes, onboarding, travel booking, events, and employee experience. Ensure health, safety, compliance, and efficient office logistics while coordinating with leadership and accounting.

Own end-to-end product lifecycle: define strategy, write PRDs and user stories, prioritize roadmap, coordinate cross-functional delivery, launch products, and optimize using analytics and customer feedback.
