Build training and evaluation pipelines, define KPIs, optimize models for edge hardware (Jetson/GPU) using TensorRT/ONNX, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Travel for R&D, validation, and customer visits.

Lead go‑to‑market and business development for HydroAI across hydropower, tidal energy, and environmental monitoring. Identify opportunities, build relationships with utilities and regulators, drive proposal/RFP/grant responses, shape pricing and partnerships, influence regulatory initiatives, and improve BD processes, pipeline reporting, and CRM-driven account prioritization.
