Teams at Innovasea

Lead product strategy, roadmap governance, lifecycle management, and organizational development for Innovasea’s aquaculture technology portfolio. Manage hardware and software products, mentor Product Managers and Owners, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and guide products from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration. Partner with marketing, sales, engineering, and software teams on commercialization, training, and go-to-market initiatives. Travel to Bedford or Boston monthly and attend domestic and international events as needed.

Field-based sales role responsible for growing Innovasea’s aquaculture solutions business across the Nordic region. Duties include prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, forecasting in Salesforce, conducting needs and competitive analysis, developing customer relationships, attending industry events, and coordinating with engineering, marketing, and production. The role requires up to 50% travel, fluency in English and Norwegian, solution-sales experience, CRM familiarity, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Assemble acoustic telemetry products using miniature electronic and mechanical components, often under a microscope. Perform in-process inspections, identify abnormalities, document nonconformances, maintain production records, follow standard operating procedures, and support continuous improvement activities. The role requires careful fine-detail work, organized execution, problem-solving, and adherence to production, quality, and safety standards. Training is provided.
