Owns enterprise architecture for customer accounts, designing integrations, deployments, security, and infrastructure spanning Innovapptive's platform and systems such as SAP and IBM Maximo. Supports technical evaluations, partners with field engineering through go-live and stabilization, participates in architecture governance, makes cross-environment trade-offs, and mentors engineers. Requires deep enterprise integration expertise, customer-facing technical leadership, and experience supporting complex B2B software deployments.

Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementation projects using a Waterfall delivery model. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, risk and change management, budget and margin governance, stakeholder communication, customer governance, cross-functional team coordination, UAT, go-live, and value realization. The role also requires mentoring and influencing teams, managing contractual commitments, and applying AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Jira AI to improve productivity and reporting.

Leads architecture and hands-on development for complex mobile and web SaaS platforms. Designs scalable APIs, microservices, data models, and cloud deployments while owning reliability, security, performance, and maintainability. Mentors senior engineers, drives technical standards, resolves production issues, partners cross-functionally, and helps integrate responsible AI capabilities. The role uses Node.js, MongoDB/DynamoDB, Angular or React, React Native, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
