The Enterprise SDR will create sales pipelines by engaging C-suite stakeholders, focusing on value-driven conversations related to operational performance, and transitioning to a full Enterprise Account Executive role within 24 months.

Lead event strategy, partner co-sell and partner marketing with AWS/Accenture, and marketing analytics. Plan and run tradeshows, manage MDF and marketplace listings, ensure lead attribution in CRM, and present performance reports aligned to pipeline goals.

Lead and scale the SRE pillar (~24+ headcount) across SaaSOps, Support, QE, Security, and Release Management. Build automation to increase environments per engineer, implement SLI/SLO/error budgets, establish 24x7 support, create security and compliance programs (SOC2 readiness), improve MTTR, enforce release governance and incident RCA processes.
