The Enterprise SDR will create sales pipelines by engaging C-suite stakeholders, focusing on value-driven conversations related to operational performance, and transitioning to a full Enterprise Account Executive role within 24 months.

Lead end-to-end Waterfall implementations of Innovapptive's Connected Worker SaaS platform. Manage project plans, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control. Coordinate cross-functional teams, drive stakeholder governance, track financials and value realization, mentor team members, and apply AI tools to improve productivity and reporting.

Lead and scale the SRE pillar (~24+ headcount) across SaaSOps, Support, QE, Security, and Release Management. Build automation to increase environments per engineer, implement SLI/SLO/error budgets, establish 24x7 support, create security and compliance programs (SOC2 readiness), improve MTTR, enforce release governance and incident RCA processes.
