Leads a small development team while designing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise applications using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. Owns technical delivery, solution design, code reviews, production troubleshooting, performance, security, and reliability. Applies AI-assisted development throughout the software lifecycle and integrates AI-enabled features into applications and workflows. Coaches developers, participates in hiring, and collaborates with business and technology stakeholders.

Perform OTC collateral management and settlement, reconcile positions, investigate and resolve breaks with counterparties and fund stakeholders, support new platform and fund launches, maintain documentation and processes, assist colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. The role requires financial markets knowledge, experience in operations or middle-office functions, reconciliation expertise, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.

Manage and grow a portfolio of complex institutional client relationships in alternative investments. Develop account plans, identify expansion opportunities, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams across platform management, investment solutions, operations, treasury, accounting, and reporting to deliver strong client outcomes. Balance client needs, internal resources, commercial opportunities, and strategic priorities while serving as a trusted advisor.
