Design and develop compilers for next-generation AI accelerator architectures, supporting new neural network topologies while optimizing chip performance and energy efficiency. Collaborate with SDK, algorithm, architecture, and hardware teams to define requirements, guide architectural decisions, and improve compiler technologies. Manage and maintain Linux-based compute servers, storage (Ceph) and virtualization for R&D. Implement and operate DevOps/CI-CD tooling (GitLab, runners, Docker), automation (Ansible, Uyuni, Cobbler), and identity tooling (FreeIPA). Provide end-user support, datacenter operations (racking/cabling), and collaborate on best practices for infrastructure supporting chip design workflows.

The Senior NPU SDK Engineer will develop C++ hardware simulators, manage SDK features, enhance software quality, and collaborate across teams for application support, focusing on performance optimization.

The People Business Partner will drive strategic HR initiatives, support team leaders, ensure legal compliance, and enhance organizational culture in a tech-driven environment.

Design and implement high-performance C++ hardware simulators (C++17/20) for neuromorphic SoCs, convert hardware specs into verifiable software models, simulate performance and power, support early application development, write tests, and collaborate with digital design, firmware, and SDK teams to ensure accurate, usable simulation infrastructure.

Manage day-to-day People Operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, contracts, benefits, payroll inputs, immigration, absence administration, and offboarding. Own employee engagement initiatives, internal People communications, events, wellbeing programs, and feedback collection. Maintain accurate employee data and documentation, improve HR processes and systems, support compliance with Dutch employment requirements, and serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions.

Design, implement, test, and maintain embedded software (device drivers and similar). Debug embedded systems with hardware tools, perform root-cause analysis, write tests and requirements, plan work, estimate effort, and collaborate across hardware and application teams to deliver SDK and chip-support software.

Own the roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for SDKs, developer tools, and supporting software. Act as voice of customer, gather and prioritise requirements, coordinate releases across teams, manage SDK deployment/versioning, monitor release quality/metrics, and drive process improvements to unblock teams and improve developer experience.
