Open application for multiple functions at a Dutch neuromorphic semiconductor startup. Candidates should have domain expertise (engineering, product, commercial or corporate), collaborate across disciplines, communicate effectively internationally, and contribute to fast-moving, innovative projects across chip design, embedded and AI/ML software, product, and commercial roles.

Manage and maintain Linux-based compute servers, storage (Ceph) and virtualization for R&D. Implement and operate DevOps/CI-CD tooling (GitLab, runners, Docker), automation (Ansible, Uyuni, Cobbler), and identity tooling (FreeIPA). Provide end-user support, datacenter operations (racking/cabling), and collaborate on best practices for infrastructure supporting chip design workflows.

The People Business Partner will drive strategic HR initiatives, support team leaders, ensure legal compliance, and enhance organizational culture in a tech-driven environment.
