Own strategic B2B opportunities from qualification through negotiation and close, converting leads into purchase and volume orders. Conduct targeted outreach, customer visits, and stakeholder conversations across technical and business audiences. Build account plans, maintain market intelligence, represent the company at events, and coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to align customer feedback, positioning, and roadmap. Travel is expected approximately 20%.

Design and develop compilers for next-generation AI accelerator architectures, supporting new neural network topologies while optimizing chip performance and energy efficiency. Collaborate with SDK, algorithm, architecture, and hardware teams to define requirements, guide architectural decisions, and improve compiler technologies. The role involves compiler optimization, rapid prototyping, neural network frameworks, hardware-targeted performance tuning, and introducing industry best practices.

Manage and maintain Linux-based compute servers, storage (Ceph) and virtualization for R&D. Implement and operate DevOps/CI-CD tooling (GitLab, runners, Docker), automation (Ansible, Uyuni, Cobbler), and identity tooling (FreeIPA). Provide end-user support, datacenter operations (racking/cabling), and collaborate on best practices for infrastructure supporting chip design workflows.
