Implements client technology projects by deploying, configuring, testing, documenting, and supporting network, systems, cloud, and security solutions. Collaborates with project managers, vendors, customers, and technical teams to plan deliveries, execute cutovers, maintain project documentation, provide training and post-go-live support, and resolve implementation issues. Requires enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and occasional regional travel, weekend work, and on-call participation.

Implements and deploys client IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, including configuration, testing, documentation, and post‑go‑live support. Collaborates with project management, vendors, and clients, follows change management and security standards, and provides technical troubleshooting, training, and handoff to operations.

Lead national service delivery and integration for clinical imaging and related hosted applications. Own client relationships, SLA-driven 24x7x365 operations, vendor management, team leadership, and operational processes to ensure HIPAA-compliant, scalable managed services and growth support.
