Represents low-income clients in humanitarian, family-based, adjustment, naturalization, and removal-defense immigration matters. Conducts interviews, legal research, investigations, FOIA requests, evidence gathering, application and brief preparation, and representation before USCIS and immigration courts. Supervises support staff, manages case records and deadlines, participates in outreach and legal education, coordinates referrals, and collaborates with community organizations and other legal teams.

Leads ICLS’s pro bono program, overseeing legal service delivery, volunteer recruitment and training, staff supervision, law firm and corporate partnerships, grant compliance, reporting, fundraising support, data collection, and strategic program development. The Director collaborates across practice groups, represents ICLS externally, develops pro bono opportunities, and supports relationships with funders, community organizations, volunteers, and legal partners throughout Southern California.

Leads ICLS’s pro bono legal services program, supervising attorneys and support staff, recruiting and supporting volunteers, developing law firm and corporate partnerships, integrating pro bono work across practice groups, overseeing grants and compliance, and representing the organization in community and professional initiatives.

Coordinates domestic violence restraining order pro bono clinics, volunteers, client intake, scheduling, outreach, legal-support logistics, documentation, data tracking, grant reporting, trainings, and community events. The role supports attorneys, law students, interpreters, courts, service providers, and community partners while maintaining clinic procedures, referral systems, case records, and volunteer participation data. Occasional travel throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties and some activities outside regular hours are required.

Leads disaster preparedness community outreach across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Delivers educational presentations, coordinates with emergency management and nonprofit partners, represents ICLS at resource fairs, creates digital and printed materials, maintains English and Spanish resources, and tracks program deliverables and grant reports. The role requires strong communication, presentation, collaboration, reporting, Microsoft Office, transportation, and willingness to travel for in-person events, including some outside regular hours.
