Teams at Inland Counties Legal Services, Inc.

Leads ICLS’s pro bono program, supervising attorneys and support staff; recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers; managing law firm and corporate partnerships; integrating pro bono opportunities across practice groups; overseeing grants, compliance, reporting, data collection, fundraising collaboration, communications, and strategic initiatives. Represents ICLS in pro bono initiatives and conferences while expanding legal services for underserved communities across Southern California.

Represents low-income clients in humanitarian, family-based, adjustment, naturalization, and removal-defense immigration matters. Conducts interviews, legal research, investigations, FOIA requests, evidence gathering, application and brief preparation, and representation before USCIS and immigration courts. Supervises support staff, manages case records and deadlines, participates in outreach and legal education, coordinates referrals, and collaborates with community organizations and other legal teams.

Coordinates domestic violence restraining order pro bono clinics, volunteers, client intake, scheduling, outreach, legal-support logistics, documentation, data tracking, grant reporting, trainings, and community events. The role supports attorneys, law students, interpreters, courts, service providers, and community partners while maintaining clinic procedures, referral systems, case records, and volunteer participation data. Occasional travel throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties and some activities outside regular hours are required.
