Leads and coaches a Sales Development Representative team to generate pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include setting performance goals, developing outbound prospecting strategies, coaching SDRs, analyzing conversion and pipeline metrics, improving lead handoffs, managing onboarding and incentives, and partnering with Sales and Marketing. The role also oversees CRM and sales engagement platform usage, workforce planning, reporting, process improvement, and team development.

Direct product direction for insurance technology platforms, translating business, operational, compliance, and user needs into prioritized product plans. Manage backlogs, requirements, delivery decisions, stakeholder alignment, releases, adoption, and post-launch performance. Partner with engineering, architecture, data, QA, UX, operations, support, marketing, and sales. Define APIs, integrations, embedded insurance experiences, and shared platform capabilities while applying AI to product delivery and client experiences.
