Own the end-to-end success of assigned SaaS client accounts using a learning management system. Responsibilities include onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, engagement, retention, renewals, upsells, billing coordination, risk identification, usage analysis, and issue resolution. The role serves as a trusted advisor, collaborates with Sales, Product, and Support, supports client evaluations and integrations, and contributes to internal initiatives and special projects.

Direct product direction for insurance technology platforms, translating business, operational, compliance, and user needs into prioritized product plans. Manage backlogs, requirements, delivery decisions, stakeholder alignment, releases, adoption, and post-launch performance. Partner with engineering, architecture, data, QA, UX, operations, support, marketing, and sales. Define APIs, integrations, embedded insurance experiences, and shared platform capabilities while applying AI to product delivery and client experiences.

Manages a portfolio of clients as a trusted advisor, guiding onboarding, adoption, and product utilization. Monitors client health, usage, risks, and performance metrics; resolves concerns and escalations; develops success plans; and supports renewals and account expansion. Collaborates with Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to improve client outcomes, retention, and satisfaction while documenting activity and providing product feedback.
