The Manager, Insurance Regulatory Compliance oversees compliance operations in a multi-state MGA environment, manages compliance programs, and educates teams on regulatory obligations while mentoring junior staff.

Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations including billing, cash application, collections, controls, reporting, and O2C tech optimization. Manage a team, partner cross-functionally, drive centralization, automation, and metrics to improve DSO and revenue integrity.

Generate and qualify outbound leads via cold calling, email, social selling, and events. Build early-stage pipeline, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, represent the company at trade shows, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to meet activity and pipeline targets.
